Kitchen Chairs get a chalk paint job

I'd had these chairs for at least 25ish years.  We'd bought them unfinished and stained them Honey Oak.  It was soooo popular back in the '80's.

For the update, I chose a greyish color paint and added my mixture to make it chalk paint.  I then added white to make a dark and a light color.  It is hard to tell in these pics, but the legs and spindles are light and the seat and top rail is dark.
After painting <for at least 2 weeks> six chairs.... I waxed them <again, 6 chairs> with paste wax.
