New desk. Old sofa table.

This table came to me at some point many years ago.  Back then, it didn't have those giant water rings.  It has the rings because it was one of those tables.  Junk.  Free.
I used it outside, inside, as a sofa table, as plant table, and finally... as a desk.
After using it as a desk for about a month.. knowing I would eventually paint it, I finally painted it.
During the beginning of that month, the issues of not enough space for my hands, while typing, became abundantly clear.
Sometime during the month, a stand up jewelry box found its way into my possession.  It had a wasted leg, and was beyond repair.  I simply removed all of the legs and incorporated it, too, into this make-over.

Here it is finished.

Notice the "extension" for my laptop holder, and therefore room for my hands when typing.

Its the top from the jewelry box!
See the jewelry box as a "cabinet"?
